The Best Pasta!!!

PASTA! MASSA! PÂTES! MAKARONAI! パスタ! معكرونة!


It all means the same... and people just love it. Whether you're a vegan or an omnivore, we can all agree that it's probably the yummiest of the carbohydrates we all know.

And the recipe I'm about to share is just the culmination of all things tasty. So brace yourselves for the easiest - but full of flavour - PASTA.


INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):

400g penne pasta

1 jar of sundried tomatoes

1 big onion

250g of mushrooms

1 small jar olives

2 tbsp passata

Fresh basil

salt ,pepper, garlic powder

nutritional yeast



Start by cooking the pasta (follow packet instructions).

While the pasta is cooking, start chopping the onion and mushrooms. In a frying pan add 2 tbsp of oil (use the oil in tomato jar); when hot, sauté de onion until golden and then add the mushrooms.

Chop the sundried tomato into smaller pieces then add to onion and mushrooms. Let cook for 5 minutes. Add the olives.

Add the cooked pasta to the tomato mix and incorporate all until evenly distributed. Add 2 tbsp of passata and season to taste (salt, pepper and garlic powder).

Cut the fresh basil thinly and then add to the pasta. Mix everything again.

Taste to see if you're happy with the flavours and when you are serve and sprinkle with some nutritional yeast.
